Our low impact, high energy format approaches strength training with precision and challenge, while still keeping it fun AF ;P SocialSculpt is for everyone, can be done anywhere and is strongly encouraged to do with friends :)

CARDIOclub

50 mins of “follow the leader”, where your instructor will guide you through low impact, high energy dance cardio movements. We guarantee you’ll  get your heart rate up and your endorphins screaming “YAAAASSSS!” Inspired by dance and functional training alike, this class is as smart and challenging as it is fun and invigorating. No dance experience necessary! CardioClub is for everyone, can be done anywhere and is strongly encouraged to do with friends :)

CardioSculpt

This is Social Club’s Combo class! half Dance Cardio + half Sculpt. Sweat dripping, booty blasting, full-body burn for all levels! Follow the rhythm of the music, as your instructor takes you through a non-stop, high energy workout with guided instructions along the way.  CardioSculpt is for everyone, can be done anywhere and is strongly encouraged to do with friends :)
